USE of PCS

The use of these PCs is guaranteed for the time allotted and scheduled per use by user.  You, the USER are entitled to access during the allotment hours purchased.  When the time is used up, the PC use will end.  Items, software, and files will be stored for later use.  PC Data will be stored for one month since the user last logged on.  So if you are inactive and dormant you shall receive an email stating that your files will be deleted on the specified date if no further use is needed.  

Privacy Use

While we will not have access to the files or software on your account, we will regularly apply updates, anti-virus and procure backups from a separate Administrator account used for maintenance.  We will never sell data to any third parties.  We do reserve the right to monitor outbound traffic for anything malicious.

Our Policy

Users will be terminated and their computers deleted if the following happens:
  
Any Illegal hacking activity, any illicit illegal uses of PCs, and any violations of laws will be given to authorities.  We ARENT a PROXY service.  Anything illegal will be given to the proper authorities and access will be revoked from the PC.
